You also acknowledge and agree that the Service and any necessary software used in connection with this Electronic Asset Declaration process contain proprietary and confidential information that is protected by applicable intellectual property, trademarks, copyrights, patents, propriety rights and other laws. You agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on this Service, Software or the Platform, in whole or in part. By the use of this platform, you are given a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive right and license to use the service of this platform; provided that you do so within the ambit of the Terms and Conditions.

Limitation of Liability

You expressly understand and agree that in no event shall any officers, directors and employees connected to this platform be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use or inability to use this platform whether such liability is under contract. None of her officers, directors and employees shall be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this platform.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify the parties connected to the platform harmless from and against any and/or all claim, liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.

This Terms of Service and the relationship between you and Bank Employees Electronic Asset Declaration Platform shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Lagos State of Nigeria.
